| 386987 | 2005-09-08 22:55:00 | I have just installed a new motherboard. First start up was fine except for screen res. which I was prompted to rectify. The computer shut down. On re starting, I checked BIOS which seemed ok but when I got to the (I think 4th or 5th item) screen froze. On re starting I now have a blank screen with a single beep code. (I would guess long and also sequence continues.) It is Award BIOS. I have checked various sources which (to me) give various answers. (1) No system failure - check screen connections (2) Ram (3) Motherboard. Your opinions much appreciated. |

For all I know you could be after help with finding a typing tutor program.
