| 387568 | 2005-09-11 12:05:00 | just got an extreme spirit chipset fan and it has a four pin connection that comes from the power supply and a 3pin connection that should connect to the motherboard. so, do i need to hook up both connections? |

| 387569 | 2005-09-11 12:17:00 | I don't know about the fan you have, but I would guess hook up both, as the 3-pin mobo one is probly used for rpm sensing and the 4 pin PSU one for the fan power. Bletch |
