All three programs have current databases and are run daily) When I run Spybot & AdAware I get. DSO Exploit CoolWWWSearch Coulomb Ltd. Contant Access Plugin MyWebSearch So, how do I get rid, prevent reinfection. Thanks..............John in Mosgiel. |

| 387310 | 2005-09-10 11:09:00 | i think the thing here is "reinfection". firstly how fast before it reinfects? straight after reboot or do you need to go onto net first? if you get reinfected striaght after reboot then you proberly have the parent file loaded somewhere, most likly in a temp file location. clean out all the temp folders. if only getting infected after going onto the net then its most likly coming from a web page you vist. patch your pc and be more carefull on what you click on. also a non-IE browser helps. they can also come from a "favorite program" which you keep reinstalling. |
