Certainly it's the best deal in term of data allowances, and probably the best value for money, but the cheapest option I've seen is the WxC (or XNet) deal. The other benefit of the Xnet deal that Actrix doesn't offer, is no contract. I'm inherently wary of signing a fixed term contract - I like being able to pull the plug with no penalty. With Actrix, you also have to add $10 to their plans, or move your toll cals to Actrix. Xnet doesn't, though if you do, you get some of the cheapest tolls I've ever seen ($1.85 for up to two hours off peak, $2.45 for the same, on-peak), and the first 100 minutes are free until March next year. I've been with World Exchange for toll calls for over a year, and haven't had a single problem with them.
