387740 2005-09-12 04:52:00 Hi,

I have received a couple of files with extension .sxc which I believe are OpenOffice files.

I need some way to convert them into something that I can read e.g. Excel, XML or Text.

Is there a Conversion Tool available or can somebody do this for me ? ( Data isn't Confidential )

I don't want to load OpenOffice just to read these files.

Thanks in Advance
David

I don't want to load OpenOffice just to read these files.I take it you don't have OpenOffice installed then? The best way of dealing with this is to email the sender of the files and ask that they resend them in Microsoft compatible file formats which OpenOffice can produced. :)

Welcome to PressF1 as well David.
