| 388524 | 2005-09-15 09:26:00 | why does it not work? I am gonna host a lan party soon. I have a DSL modem (web excel) which is plugged into my Dlink DI-624+ Wireless router. My DI-624+ has 4 ports. I have 3 computers which are connected wirelessly, and we can see each other in lan games like counter strike. My friends all connected on this lan see each other. no problem. So we are gonna have about 6ppl on wireless. When, i plug my 16 port 10mbps hub into my wireless router, and 5 ccomputers connect to the 16port hub, ALL internet works fine etc.... but we cannot see each other in LAN games. My problem is that all the wireless ppl can see each other, but all the cabled ppl cant see the wireless ppl. The cabled ppl need to connect to one of my 4 port Dlink wireless router first What do u guys suggest? |
