| 388442 | 2005-09-14 23:12:00 | Hi - I am putting in the line filters but have caught a snag, 1 of my phones is wall mounted, my question is would it work if i buried the filter behind the plaster and brought the lead back out to click into the back of the phone ? thanks Tank |

| 388443 | 2005-09-14 23:20:00 | so long as you HAVE a filter inbetween the phone and it's connection to telecoms circuits yes it'll work........ | drcspy (146) | ||
| 388444 | 2005-09-15 03:28:00 | i recommend not doing that. try not to hide connections inside walls. if there is a ault you will never remember what is hidden where. | tweak'e (69) | ||

I didn't have any other option than to put it into the wall, couldn't do a central splitter cause its in the roof and in the edge of the house [ bad back won't allow me ] , the line filter is not hidden , it sits directly behind the phone connection and its stable and easily seen by other than me. thanks once again Tank |
