388673 2005-09-16 08:16:00 Using windows XP and Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird as my internet programmes :- every time I click on to an e-mail address in a website I am automatically transferred to Word. Now using Word to compose my e-mail and clicking on SEND in word, my e-mail goes nowhere. I suppose this is because I am not using Microsoft's e-mail programme. Question is: how do I stop XP from automatically routing me to Word when I click on an e-mail address showing as a contact point in any website ? heaton (3697)
388674 2005-09-16 08:40:00 you can change the default setting from "Set Program Access and Defaults" uder start menu or u can access this from control panel by clicking Add or Remove Programs - "Set Program Access and Defaults" (left side) krival96 (7003)
