| 389772 | 2005-09-20 11:54:00 | Hi All Just bought a new asus laptop and am a bit puzzled.. Is it normal to have a partitioned drive on a new computer when i havnt asked for it to be partitioned? I see that my windows version is sp 1 is it alright to upgrade it to sp2 which i have. thanks keith |

Strange that a new unit would only ship with SP1 but I would suggest you install SP2 when you can, and I would also recommend an app called autopatcher that will bring nearly everything on your computer (in regards to Xp) right up to date. |
