tha'ts a full screen capture if you look in the system tray you'll see quite a few apps runnin dunno what's happening on your system but I'd dump that a/v prog if tha'ts what's causeing it......i'm runnin avast......

Your jokeing right? I can "feel" Nortons on a machine before I actually see it .

I would suggest, you proabably have'nt tried much else, hence you don't realise Nav is a system hogging slow down pig of a program .

I also tried "Nortons internet Security 2005" on my machine a few days ago , just to have a look (came with my new motherboard) . It lasted about 10 minutes before I felt like killing myself, as it slowed down my system so much .

Try another AV program, then try going back to Nav, I bet you won't be able to take it .
