| 390490 | 2005-09-24 22:49:00 | There was a case recently of a guy stealing bandwidth on an unprotected wifi network. He was arrested and charged with a felony. Apparently it was not only the act of stealing the wifi but what he was doing with it. That is something people with unprotected networks should be very wary of. If someone logs on to your network and does something illegal it may be traced to you and you could wind up in a heap of trouble. Best to secure it. | Sb0h (3744) | ||
