| 1391322 | 2015-01-01 05:17:00 | Hi all Got an XBox 360 that's "locked up" due to forgotten password for "family settings" ... and before anyone jumps down my throat for thinking this may be a request to open up someone else's XBox, I'll admit that it is. The guys is autistic and my wife is his carer ... All I want is a number for Microsoft support so that I can give them a call and see if we can get it "unlocked" ... I know SFA about them but due to this persons disability, it's stressing him out not being able to play his new game. Any help would certainly be appreciated. Cheers SP8's |

| 1391324 | 2015-01-01 06:08:00 | Thanks WT ... . I'll give it a go. The unit doesn't have an HD in it and it's only password protected on one game ... and that has to be the new one that the guy got for Xmas and wants to play. We think he's put a password on it without knowing, but the hint is "your favourite movie" ... he has about 200 "favourites" :-) | SP8's (9836) | ||

| 1391326 | 2015-01-01 08:14:00 | OK ... problem solved ... and it only took 2 hours and 6 minutes online with a MS tech ! Having said that, I think I was the biggest problem ... talk about trying to teach an old dog new tricks !!! Time for a nice sit down with a large rum'n'coke ... or 2 |
