| 1378939 | 2014-07-10 21:26:00 | I have been buying my computer compactness from one NZ based website for the last 5 years. Their service is not the best and I am giving up on them. Which is the best NZ based computer supplier in your opinion ? (For things like prices, service, stock, delivery, website, description of products etc etc) |

| 1378940 | 2014-07-10 21:34:00 | Personally I prefer Playtech or PBTech, though the latter has had decidedly mediocre after-sales service in my experience (but good pricing and fast shipping). | 1378941 | 2014-07-10 21:42:00 | I've been using Ascent, in Wgtn and DTC, and Computerlounge in Auckland. Never had a prob with either of them. All of them, send whatever the same day. And arrive the next day. Actually I'm waiting for Ascent's parcel to arrive today sometime. Ordered it yesterday (A dvd burner for this new build I'm putting together) And if it's not in NZ, (or if it's in NZ, but dearer), I'll get it on Ebay. It may take longer to get here. But I'm happy with that. As long as it works when it gets here (and so far all of the things, I've ordered on Ebay have worked, no probs at all) |

I have used more Ascent b/c they are in Wellington here so I have taken stuff back for RMA and one item I was unable to get a replacement they offered a 100% refund even after I have used it for 1.5yrs they provided a 4yr extended warranty without additional costs. Some others althou you could argue with the CGA they try to do 12 months but Ascent provides extended warranties for free. | Nomad (952) | ||
