Only diff between the 3 is DTC charges $7.95 for freight, Ascent and CL are free. Only thing with a few of the couriers, is they like signing on my behalf. One left the parcel in the letterbox, (USB 3 to 2 adapter), decided to sign it for me. The other left it on the doorstep, (can't remember what this was for), and decided to sign for me |

I once received an order from Computer Lounge and didn't notice that one of the items (a slimline DVD drive) was taped to the outside of something else and I thought it was missing. Their response to my complaint was very good and I have had a soft spot for them ever since Ascent have the advantage that I can pay cash at their Wellington address and it keeps purchases off the Visa bill, seen by SWMBO And PBTech have got me out of a couple of sticky spots. They have a physical store here in Wellington which is what you need if something has to be done immediately |

I find CL has usually got better prices for my gaming hardware but pp has a much bigger range including a lot more of the budget options. I also buy from PBtech but not online, we have a local store for them so I go in person. I have tried Ascent once and that went ok, never think to check them most times. |
