:help: hello . I usually can fix viruses but i got a sticky one at the moment. I suspect its vbs. its effected my jpegs bad. When i try to open a jpeg no preview is available. When i try to move a jpeg i get a message "error copying file or folder" "cannot copy picture access is denied" "make sure the disk is not full or write protected:.."and that the file is not currently in use". I have tryed opening the jpegs on another system with still the same problem (from an external hard drive. where they are stored) have scaned system and files with norton, avg (no infection)and zonealarm ( on zonealarm internet vector shuts down when i attempt a scan..seems to shut down on the thumbs file. please help if you can ..photos are important. |
