| 390848 | 2005-09-25 11:52:00 | My computer keeps on connecting to the internet, when I don't want it to it is happening every minute or so. I have virus scanned with recent updates Nortons and run Adaware. I have remove numerous things but it is still happening. Any suggestions. Thanks :confused: | lulman (8052) | ||
| 390849 | 2005-09-25 19:37:00 | With Internet Explorer open click tools /Internet Options/Connections then click never dial a connection. This will stop it trying to connect . Maybe something is trying to update itself. You have to find out what. Have a look at the faqs on spyware etc to help you track it down. hth |
