Do you know how to access your router Config Setup? e. Have you had a good read of the eMule Help pages. This is your Bible, Everything I can tell you is allready there, refer to it all the time, I can only help you in stages, Come back to me when you get stuck. If you have Windows XP. Right Click on the little computer icon in the system tray. Click on status>support>details and tell me what you see Ian |

Router Linksys wrt54g telecom dsl 302g (could I do away with this one and setup linksys only?) I have tried to setup port forwarding on the dsl302 g and I think that is where the knot is. Some short time ago I used to be on dial up only and I used to get high ID's without a hitch! Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks Gion |

| 391723 | 2006-03-06 19:20:00 | Gion Im not familiar with either of those routers, Its preferable to have a NAT router because its a hardware firewall as well. If they are both NAT routers go with the LinksysWRT54G. Right click on this link and open in a new window,follow the instructions. www.portforward.com Just to make sure that your firewall is not the problem try connecting to eMule with the firewall turned off.
