| 391405 | 2005-09-27 20:52:00 | Can anybody tell me if this free Microsoft Utility once loaded, can also facilitate data projector presentations, or can it only be used as a reader confined to the computer in question? The presentation would be accessed from CD. I have read the overview on M/S website, but it's still not clear to me what the position is. So if someone that has used it could advise I'd be most grateful. |

I have tried to use the program but like PPT97 even if you shift the icon to the secondary screen and click it there it still opens the display back on the primary screen. Would be interested if you find an answer. We are looking at a complete upgrade - WinXP machine and Office 2003 as our cheap laptop is getting unreliable anyway. |
