391405 2005-09-27 20:52:00 Can anybody tell me if this free Microsoft Utility once loaded, can also facilitate data projector presentations, or can it only be used as a reader confined to the computer in question? The presentation would be accessed from CD.

I have read the overview on M/S website, but it's still not clear to me what the position is. So if someone that has used it could advise I'd be most grateful.

Would be interested if you find an answer.

We are looking at a complete upgrade - WinXP machine and Office 2003 as our cheap laptop is getting unreliable anyway.
