| 392013 | 2005-09-29 20:15:00 | DSE support is 100%. When I got my router broadband was new to me and I new nothing about setting up ports. I emailed DSE support and had a reply within half an hour and this guy spent a couple of hours with me setting it up. He would send me an email with instruction and when I finished what he told me to do I would email him back and he would send me more instructions within 10 mins. This went on for about 2 hrs until I had it sorted. Trevor :) Went to guys house Tuesday as he wanted help to get set up with his router etc. Turned out they hadn't actually hooked him up yet. So showed him how to go into the router and enter his user name and password, how to chnage IE from wanting to use the dialup box. That took a whole 15 mins or so. He rang me back yesterday to say he was all go. |
