393540 2005-10-05 04:57:00 Are they the same thing or two different stuff?

In my Progams files, they are MSN and MSN 7.5 two items.

Can someone enlighten me?

Cheers

Not sure honestly, whats the icon for "MSN"?

Thanks, Speedy. Have uninstalled MSN Explorer.

393545 2005-10-05 09:50:00 Nope, theyre different too . BUT do exactly the same thing .

Windows messenger is installed as part of XP .

And can be used, if u use remote desktop (XP Pro) .

Altho it can be removed, by running this

. dougknox . com/xp/utils/MessengerDisable . zip" target="_blank">www . dougknox . com from here

. kellys-korner-xp . com/xp_u . htm#xp_util" target="_blank">www . kellys-korner-xp . com

BUT then, if u do remove it, remote desktop wont work . . . Unless I think u run
remote desktop connection, and enter the info in manually .
