| 393341 | 2005-10-04 12:43:00 | Hey We recently purchased 2 Dlink di-808hv VPN routers to connect 2 offices. At one end we are using a telstra cable modem and the other is telstra ADSL. The routers were relativly easy to setup and we have the VPN tunnel up and running. Problem is that when we attempt to open files or even view the contents of a shared folder it takes forever and eventually times out. We can not even open remote desktop connections. It is possible to ping across the VPN, although times are a little slow. We have disabled any firewall and antivirus software on the machines as well. Just wondering if there is something else we are missing, any help would be much appreciated. |
