I have a wireless network at home. It uses the g standard. I bought one of the Brother MFC multi function printer scanner etc. Now for printer purposes I would love to have it wirelessly in the network. It has a USB port somewhere deep in the machine apparently, and the manual says it is cable network ready. How can I make it wireless-ready. By just byuing a USB wireless stick? There is hardly place in the damned thing.............. And would the scanner function wirelessly?
Thanks for help

393345 2005-10-04 12:59:00 Not 100% sure what you wanted but:
Try something like this. (www.dse.co.nz) If that didnt work goto www.dse.co.nz and search for XH6333

Or look for an ethernet port.

393346 2005-10-04 18:01:00 or maybe one of these dse wireless usb adpators (dse.resultspage.com 712&site=&w=usb+wireless+&submit.x=0&submit.y=0&submit=Go) beama (111)
393347 2005-10-04 21:14:00 Robs link is the one (XH6333) to look for as the other "usb adapters" in beama's link are designed for the PC end of the wireless link, the printer is not a PC and will not be able to recognise and use it. godfather (25)
