| 393834 | 2005-10-06 05:43:00 | I've just put a second hard drive in the kids computer. I set the main (original) hard drive as master and the second (new) one as slave. I booted the computer up but cannot see the second hard drive in My Computer. I can see it in listed in Everest. I've gone into the BIOS and set both hard drives to auto select. What do i need to do now so that i can access it and start saving pictures, videos etc to it. Computer is; P3, 733mhz 384mb ram 6gb hdd main 6gb hdd second XP home. Thanks. |

Also look in Control Panel>Administrative Tools>(the applet name escapes me)>Disk Management. Does the second drive show up in there? |
