| 395063 | 2005-10-10 21:00:00 | That wee preview of the first bit of each F1 thread that pops up with mouse over is great but turns off before I can read it ! Is there some way to alter the time it stays up ? Also IE seems to give more lines than firefox...is that adjustable too ? cheers Pete |

| 395064 | 2005-10-11 00:20:00 | I think there is a system setting for the time a "tool tip" appears - it might be in the mouse setup available via control panel > mouse. As for the length, this is a browser default so you can't adjust the number of characters - IE just likes to do things differently. Check here for a description en.wikipedia.org EDIT: I thought it was a system setting, but I can't seem to find it. It may need a registry tweak... try Googling for "tool tip display time". |
