| 394878 | 2005-10-10 06:26:00 | Hi i have windows xp before i use to have windows nt but when i go in my local disk (C:). There is two folders Windows and WINNT and the WINNT folder has lots of stuff in it. I was wondering if i can delete this folder cause know i use windows xp. Can anyone help me please. |

The stuff thats in the WINNT folder are almost the same as WINDOWS like system32 lots of files in it. And i have Windows Xp Proffesional Edition. |

| 394886 | 2005-10-10 14:31:00 | Just delete it, then tell us what happens, we need a guinea pig!! At a guess I would say XP installed itself into the Windows folder. If the s__t hits the fan, you can always reinstall. Make sure you have your data backed up first. |
