| 395293 | 2005-10-11 10:44:00 | Software problem with printer HP5652. I have two Pentium 4 computers using WinXP with MS Word7 and each has its own printer. Both set-ups worked perfectly until one printer expired from old age. I changed the HP5652 from one computer to the other and now, every time I want to print an envelope I have to go into "properties" and reset the paper size because it reverts to A4 each time I finish. I cannot find out how to save the change or set the default, either in the printer set-up or in Word. I have re-installed the printer with the latest driver. Thanks in advance for any advice. |
