| 395215 | 2005-10-11 04:10:00 | My neighbour has a problem with on-screen display. At start-up it activates the on-screen display and it rotates through all the attributes that cab be altered, colour, position etc. It cannot be selected and the OSD window covers the centre part of the screen. Nothing can be brought to the front of it and it cannot be stopped. He has Windows XP which I am not really familiar with. Any ideas on getting rid of the OSD problem. | PeterA (8057) | ||

| 395220 | 2005-10-12 06:08:00 | I've heard of a similar problem with some brands of monitors - you can accidently put them in a service/diagnostic mode with the right button pressing combo :) Also common is people activating the child lock on their VCRs.. Stuck power/reset buttons on computers also can cause confusion. |
