| 396655 | 2005-10-15 21:48:00 | What's infamous about these IP addresses - as I appear to be using one at present (thanks for the link). There was a problem when the "222" ip range was allocated for use, as there had been trouble with 'pirates' using these numbers (while they weren't allocated). Some hosts had set their systems to reject any requests from "222" ips. This could explain the current problem. |

Yep, wuppo is correct there, that problems is not as bad as it first was, but KiwiBJ e-mail the web master & point him to wuppo post & see he can allow "222" ip range on there servers. |

| 396658 | 2005-10-15 22:59:00 | Thanks guys, this sounds the most logical explanation, I have emailed the webmaster asking him to contact his host and check on the 222.xxx.xxx.xxx blocking, I will let you know when I get a reply. Many thanks to all who replied, especially godfather who I think has put us on the right track. |

| 396662 | 2005-11-12 04:17:00 | Have traced the problem to a server in Oregan blocking the 222.xxx.xxx.xxx range , XTRA have emailed them requesting they allow 222. In the meantime, I am using the HideIP program to fool the server that my IP is not 222. |
