| 1392189 | 2015-01-15 03:49:00 | Any one got any suggestions (apart from going to Android ):p A customer is having on-going problems with their i Devices, phones & Tablets. They set them up to sync automatically with each other, and it works fine for a day or two. Then all of a sudden everything stops syncing, when you look at the settings they appear fine, only way to get them to work again is to remove the settings, start again, and away they go for a couple of days -- repeat problem, start again ? Only things like pictures, contacts, emails -- everything i Devics are meant to be capable of. Doesn't matter if they use a wireless connection or 3 /4G same happens. Any suggestions as to what may be causing it ? |

| 1392190 | 2015-01-15 03:57:00 | They are a pain...often see this kind of trouble with them. No settings, no configuration, it's just supposed to work. And when it doesn't, you're just out of luck it seems. Things I would check, and I'm sure you already have, is that there is enough storage space on iCloud, and reset the Apple ID password. Seen that help sometimes, don't really know why though. |
