| 1392064 | 2015-01-13 23:16:00 | As the title says, what do you guys recommend? We have: 4 smart phones, 2 desktop PCs, 3 laptops and a PS3 games console. The Telecom supplied (Technicolor TG587n V3) seems to be quite unstable lately - a couple of drop-outs every few days - maybe due to the hot summer temperature! Our one year contract has expired and Telecom will not replace it for free unless we renew the contract for another year which we are reluctant to commit ourselves for another 12 months. Reliability is of prime concern. Your recommendations are appreciated. |

They are about $200 direct from spark and they can support it over the phone if you have issues. The Netcom NF8AC is suppoed to be OK too but I haven't used one. Have recently got a WRT1900AC myself. |

| 1392071 | 2015-01-14 06:32:00 | We have a Fritzbox from Snap, been solid as for 18 months, easy to configure if you want to set your own network parameters too. But they ain't cheap if you buy one about $300 I think. | gary67 (56) | ||
| 1392072 | 2015-01-14 07:31:00 | Any other recommendations? Or, sign up with Telecoms for another year and get a FREE unit! Why are there so many reasonably priced ADSL modern/routers around but so few for Fibre? |
