| 1379773 | 2014-07-21 04:24:00 | That's a strange question which will need a bit of interpretation.... can you clarify? | Greg (193) | ||
| 1379774 | 2014-07-21 04:30:00 | Why do you need to notify Xtra of your IP? I'm confused by the question. | inphinity (7274) | ||
| 1379775 | 2014-07-21 04:45:00 | I assume you are going to toss xtra and wonder how much notice you need to give them of your move! | Bryan (147) | ||
| 1379776 | 2014-07-21 08:43:00 | This is Telecom (or whatever alias they are currently using), give them nothing. Charge them heaps for the notice, and include a hefty penalty for late payment. ;) | R2x1 (4628) | ||

No that's a bad idea, ring who you want to change to and sort it out with them, they will do a churn on your connection. If you ring Xtra and say you want to disconnect then ring another ISP and say you want to connect to them things get messy. Simply ring Telecom and see if you're still in contract. |

The OP didn't mention anything about moving to another ISP, in fact we're still not totally sure what they were asking about. |
