But if the sound loses just 1ms it sounds bad to everyone My guess is that there is heavy error correction on the Most Important Bytes of the sound stream. This could be Reed-Solomon working at the application layer If the most important bytes are protected in this way, the sound will degrade gracefully and just lose audio quality as the connection worsens. It won't stutter or break up |
