| 1379662 | 2014-07-21 00:02:00 | Cutting a hole you risk slicing the hoses and wires if using a dremel and cutting wheels. You may have to depressurise the system. I use to pull the relay with engine running. Pumps fail due to extended low fuel, they need to keep them cool. The risk of slicing the hoses and wires is very real as there is no way of telling how much space is above the tank. I guess that if, and when I have to remove the tank I could cut the hole while the tank is out, but probably scrap the idea! |
