My theory is that it because it rhymes with grease, which is what he seems to do best. Many years ago I was told by a very astute employer whom I greatly respected, and still do (he is still around at 95 not out), that if in doubt of a speaker's intentions, simply close your eyes as you listen to him/her. I do that with the Greasy Key and 90% of the time he speaks in scripted sound-bites that say nothing at all about the issue in question. The other 10% is unintelligible garbage, but beautifully pronounced. Try it for yourself, you won't like it at all. :xmouth: Cheers Billy 8-{) |
