| 398376 | 2005-10-22 07:15:00 | I have a three computer network with XP hooked on the modem and two other Win98SE machines. With Zone alarm Pro the network ran like a train. I have installed Sygate on the XP machine and the network has disappeared on this machine. The other two computers can see each other and the net still works on all three computers. If I uninstall ZA on all three computers and install Sygate will my network work proprerly? Or should I stick with ZA on teh basis of "if it ain't broke don't fix it? Note that I have configured Sygate to show network neighbourhood and to share files and printers. |

In my rule I entered '192.168.1.1-192.168.1.49' under Hosts and protocols tab. I too have three computers, but setting the range like that allows some flexibility. I am running Sygate Personal Firewall Pro, but I would assume it is the same in the version you are running. |
