| 398979 | 2005-10-25 01:04:00 | I brought a 512MB MP3 player a while back (about 2 months ago) and last night i put 151 songs onto it using windows media player 10 at the end it said it was all fine but i turn it on and there is only 31 songs on there :illogical , what is up with this? if anyone knows why please help. Thanks |

| 398980 | 2005-10-25 01:11:00 | How many songs do you see when you open up "My Computer" from Windows? (if you're using Windows). Does the drive show 31 songs or 151 songs? It would just be WMP 10 that's not copying it across correctly? What about copying it from directly from "My Computer" into your MP3 through USB instead of using WMP 10? You can try this as well..... Thanks Hehe, had to add it in there in case I get flamed by Mac and Linux users :lol: Just a thought, do you have all your MP3s in folders too? Where are all the 31 mp3's stored on the MP3 player at the moment? Are they under a particular folder or in the main root of the player? Maybe you can could try copying putting it all where the other 31 mp3's are? You can also try copying them over again, maybe they got corrupted or something during the transfer? | 398984 | 2005-10-25 05:29:00 | Some are MP3 and some are WMA but previously it worked fine with both of these . oh i see :p . they are under a folder hierarchy which WMP creates by itself and i have never had any problems before with this . they are under music/artist/album . i tried copying them but it said the same thing but the funny thing is that WMP can play the files off the player . Thanks |
