CPU Speed: 400 MHz
Memory: 512 MB
Hard drive: 20 GB
CD / DVD: CD reader
Monitor: 15" CRT monitor
Auckland

I bought it on tradeeme, the fan was little bit too noisy to leave by my bed 24/7 on a desk. So i want it to go to a good home

e.g. Students, Underprivelaged kids, anyone financially challenged who can prove they are financially challenged [You will need proof to acquire]

Please note: Chilling Silence deleted this last time I referenced it, he probably skimed it over and thought because it had a trademe link it was for sale. The trademe link was to show i bought it for $70.00 and what it looked like, it is free [except for the gas to pick it up maybe]

You will need:
1. Proof of status
2. Proof that the status is infact you e.g. drivers licence with photo.

Thank you

398873 2005-10-25 03:18:00 Note this should only be 1 computer per person. You seem to have your own machine? CreightonBrown (5692)

398876 2005-10-25 04:54:00 Hi all. Despite CB's recent history, he does seem to have a point here. Old Zahmad's signature boasts a reasonable homework machine... which is virtually what is on offer. Intel Celeron 1.2GHZ, 20GB Hard Disk Drive, Windows XP Home SP2, 120MB Ram, Integrated Graphics, AOC 15" CRT. Scouse (83)
398877 2005-10-25 04:58:00 I can actually understand this post.

Seems pretty hard to actually prove that someone is "needy" - if they browse PressF1 they probably already have a reasonable machine. Just give it to a school I say.

398878 2005-10-25 05:00:00 H'OK, so here's the Earth. Rooooound.

Oh wrong train of thought ... anyhow, how can someone without a PC read this post in here and then actually post to say that he hasn't got a computer, unless he uses someone else's PC I guess, but then how do you prove that the proof of identity is the newbie, and not maybe the established forum member's identity, even if the established forum member is actually that broke he can't afford to pay attention.

The Da Vinci Code is easier to figure out than this enigma I am sure.

Thing is, how do they prove they are "underprivelaged"? I mean what is "underprivelaged"? Perhaps if we put "underprivelaged" into the Da Vinci Code deciphering thingmajig it might come out as a real word.
