Wondering if anyone has tried this before in Outlook 2000. I've already set up one rule that filters emails from a sender directly into a folder (it's not spam but work mail). However the most I ever want to keep emails in that folder is about one month then I would like to have it delete itself instead of me going in there and delete them manually. Saw something in help about Archiving, but since it is a network PC, I don't have that option under properties. I only want the delete rule to apply to this folder.
Would appreciate any suggestions. |
