There are heaps of people migrating from Windows to Linux who would like a Linux version of Trilly but it doesn't look like it is going to happen. :( This is because the Trillian developers know that Gaim is much better, so why even bother trying to corner that market ;) |

The have a search box where one may enter key words to find out about trilly in the "support" section. I entered "linux" and found that trilly support people haven't heard of it yet...... Hmmmmmmmmmmm.......... I suppose there's no plans to get trilly available for the *nix then??????? |

Seems a bit slow taking off here,don't you think? We used it because our son and his wife spent eighteen months in the UK. We have only a $9.95 microphone but it worked fine. Contact was quickly established and at no cost. Could not have been better ! Don't know how much we use it here but I understand it is huge in Europe. Misty :thumbs: |

| 399409 | 2005-10-30 00:38:00 | LOL man this is so highjacked this thread. I solely use MSN now, since recently deleting yahoo, for various reasons. I use trillian but find somtimes i just use plain msn. i have very little contacts on my lists, so the need for flasher programs is not there any more. and for me using the phone is quite a nightmare, especially if they not strong speakers, or voiced people.........i avoid the phone at all costs, i do txt on my cell phone much more now. beetle:D |
