| 399351 | 2005-10-26 02:00:00 | I use MSN Messenger 7.5 Beta with voice and video..and I like GoogleTalk with voice too....it's probably a toss-up for either. GTalk is a smaller and simpler system and seems to run and run. Now..however, even with DSL and living really close to my DSLAM and the Verizon substation (US ISP and phone provider for me), I find that Yahoo!'s voice chat fails consistantly.....and it's not a matter of IF, it's a matter of how SOON and BAD. I personally stay away from almost anything that Yahoo! offers. |

I use MSN Messenger and actually LIKE it and I also keep Yahoo! for people who cannot run anything more complicated after they drop AOL . I try to convert friends and others to GTalk, but they are shy of something that looks so simple . They need the smoke and mirrors to keep them amazed while they are online . Just DO NOT play any games (the interactive stuff) that Yahoo! offers . . and absolutely . . . ABSOLUTELY stay away from AIM/AOL's games area! |
