| 400121 | 2005-11-23 20:53:00 | Go to start/run. Type services.msc Go down to Cryptographic services. See if Cryptographic services is running. It MUST be running for updates to work. - Startup type - Automatic, and service status started. Or try some of these fixes (support.microsoft.com) If it does manage to install, and activex gets screwed up, try here (support.microsoft.com) for the fix. Its a registry fix.Thanks Speedy. Cryptographic services is automatic/started. I'll try the other stuff when I have several hours to figure it all out. :) |
