| 401704 | 2005-11-04 00:50:00 | I have been trying the omega drivers for Radeon video cards. By my calculations they are not anywhere near as good as tha ATI catalyst drivers. With everything set for maximum performance I get a 3DMark of between 1540 and 1882. With the catalyst drivers I get a reading of about 2500. I thought Omega were supposed to be good. :illogical |

When using Omega drivers, load up ati tray tools and make sure 'AI' is enabled (Set to 'low') |

"Good" = Better than the previous. |

| 401712 | 2005-11-04 23:02:00 | Have you tried the NGO Optrimized ATi Drivers (http://www.ngohq.com/) I also noticed a drop in performance with the latest release of the Omega Drivers. The NGO one have given me the best increase out of all the available driver out there. cheers chiefnz |
