| 401701 | 2005-11-03 20:03:00 | just installed service pack 2 and became stuck in a continuous reboot loop but was able to get out by uninstalling sp2. now, i need to remove files and the problem is i have no taskbar to start programs, have desktop icons i have real sad graphic quality that i cannot improve i can cut and copy yet the files will not paste to usb stick for removal. intending to reformat after rescue. help anyone |

| 401702 | 2005-11-03 20:35:00 | I would say u have spyware/adware . SP2 will reboot XP continuously, if u have either on the system . And it may also reboot continuously, if u have a Prescott CPU . You need the videocard drivers, if you've just done a clean install . Thats why the desktop / graphics look crappy . Then do a scan and post the log here (if it works) . Or reformat . |
