2005-11-05 04:08:00 | Same friend was not aware of folders in O/E. Explained how to put say horse news in a folder. When I went to look for it (the hose folder) it didn't show till you click on the box with + in it connected to drafts. When I open my folders they all show,as apposed to hers that you have to click on the draft box.

2005-11-05 05:23:00 | Is sounds to me like the "Horse folder" needs to be dragged out of the Drafts folder to the Local Folders. Thanks for having a go Foxy. If I click on folders,I get a list of all the folders I have made. If she does that, all she gets is drafts with a box along side, which if she clicks on it,it drops down to show the horse folder.

2005-11-05 07:10:00 | Thats because the folder was created in Drafts Delete that folder and create a new one but select Local Folders before you type the name and select OK It will then be created as a completely new folder not as a sub folder of Drafts. I don't actually understand you Cicero, you should have been able to figure that out yourself.

2005-11-05 07:23:00 | Easy to say when YOU know how. Sometimes an explanation does not make sense. A picture speaks a thousand words. For instance Metla was here the other day, what makes sense to him as a Techie is incomprehensible to us. No criticism of anyone intended. PJ

2005-11-05 08:32:00 | But, Cicero, please explain why would you want to keep a horse in a folder, even if it was a draft horse? I would recommend keeping it in a folder called "future cat food"

I am hanging my head in shame Safari,I thought I had done it the same way that I do it myself,it was a case of kneeling next to the girl and doing it awkwardly, sorry. What can I say to G_F,I must choose my words more carefully in future. :) |
