I have aonther card that will only support WPA if it is used in "infrastructure" mode. can i make my PC a access point and then the other card will work in infrastructure mode? |

| 401969 | 2005-11-04 22:35:00 | Some USB adaptors can act as stations, and access points. Like the ones I use here. The drivers act as the AP, and also act as the firmware. So, u get more features. Everytime u update them. BUT, If the card/usb adapter, doesnt say it can also also act an access point, you'll have to buy the AP separately. |
