2005-11-05 20:31:00 | It is working | Safari (3993) | |
2005-11-06 19:58:00 | Still can't get it to open. I just get a message telling me it is not available no matter what route I try. (ie Google or John Boy's hot link). It one of my email addresses and I have used it for years. | Cymbalz (4460) | |
2005-11-06 20:08:00 | Works fine for me. How about if you try to access the email sub domain directly (registration.excite.com). | maccrazy (6741) | |
2005-11-06 20:23:00 | Opens fine for me. What browser are you using? Have you tried another browser? Clear out your temporary internet files, cookies, etc. Also check your Hosts file.

2005-11-06 21:01:00 | I have tried IE which just redraws the page but says it has "Done" and also tried Firefox and Opera. All these tried with Zone Alarm shut down and after Disc Clean-Up performed to clean out Temp Files etc. Opera just finally opens a "Could not connect to remote server" message. | 402139 | 2005-11-06 22:19:00 | Who is your ISP? Have you tried pinging the domain name? Is this the only site you are having trouble accessing? | maccrazy (6741) | |
2005-11-06 22:44:00 | I'm with Xtra and it's the only site giving trouble. How do I ping the Domain name? | Cymbalz (4460) | |
2005-11-06 22:52:00 | If you're using Mac OS X locate the Network Utility in Applications > Utilities and select the Ping option. If you are using Windows you will need to wait for someone else who knows how to reply. ;) | maccrazy (6741) | |
