403205 2005-11-10 08:00:00 I just tried to download .NET Framework for a piece of software that requires it, only to find that it's 24MB !!! Too big for dialup.

Any chance of PC World putting it on the disk that goes with their magazine one month soon?

403206 2005-11-10 08:06:00 You might want to consider getting a download manager to help you get those large chunky files. bob_doe_nz (92)
403207 2005-11-10 08:07:00 24mb isn't too large for dialup, use a downloader manager.

Personally I never once came across a file too large to dl while on dialup.

403211 2005-11-10 09:44:00 You have to laugh at some of the small Windows utilities out there that are only x MB plus .NET! PaulD (232)
