1393485 2015-02-01 05:35:00 Hi there - got new TV so older TV going into bedroom.

Need to plug in old DVD player using 3 coloured RCA but only seem to have usb , HDMI and some weird coloured slots - does 3 RCA to HDMI or USB exisit?

Does a SCART fit into USB or HDMI?

1393486 2015-02-01 06:16:00 Is it the TV or DVD player that needs 3 coloured RCA. Also define weird coloured slots? If you need to go from component video to HDMI you'll need some sort of adapter but considering DVD players sell for around $50+ and Blu-ray sell for $99+ it's not worth spending much on any cords or adapters.

Actually that is a perfect practical answer - i will just buy a USB connected DVD player...thanks for the links...

1393488 2015-02-01 12:18:00 Just check they do have the connection you need. They will not connect via USB, that's for flash drives and the like so you can play files direct. dugimodo (138)

First is for Composite video with stereo audio, and 2nd is for Component video without audio. Big difference...
