The odds of that are so small compared with the chances of getting bowled in the heavy traffic around the schools. Ken ps.... speaking of education and for the benefit of certain folk on these forums..... Q. How do you console a grammar Nazi? A. Pat him/her on the back while saying "There, their, they're". |

| 1381292 | 2014-08-09 23:58:00 | Yes, it's become the norm to laugh at people who care about spelling. As for "nasty types", children have been abused for a long long time. In most cases it's someone they know. Family members, teachers, sports tutors, religious instructors and so on. That's a reason to let them develop health problems? |

| 1381293 | 2014-08-10 00:12:00 | Have to agree with the second article, some people cant spell basic words to save themselves, I blame it on text messages, using shortened or abbreviated words. Pat him/her on the back while saying "There, their, they're". Its not so much the spelling of words, its the meaning. Lots of people can't use the correct "There, their, they're" if they were asked to in a sentence, or explain the difference. |
