| 403438 | 2005-11-11 05:52:00 | was looking at NAS stuff today..then saw NASLite (http://naslite.sourceforge.net/) thought that's great..what i've been looking for for a long time download it..got my gentoo to make the boot floppy.. boots..works..but can't seem to get it onto my network looked around its network settings and notice how there's no setting for default gateway not sure if that's the problem..thought i'll try to manually config the things on the floppy to see if there's an setting for default gateway back in gentoo..tried mounting the floppy..wouldn't work.. have to set the filesystem yourself and auto doesn't work i have a feeling it got something to do with the 1722Kb disk that it makes..but have no idea what els to do so.. kinda ran outa luck here..thought i found what i've been looking for.. just that it won't work.. anyone used this before.. or know ways to mount floppy with unknown filesystem?? |
